Refund/Return Policy

At Sod & Surplus Supply of McKinney, we take pride in delivering high-quality, farm-fresh sod. Every order is thoroughly inspected before pickup or delivery to ensure it meets our standards.

If your order is being delivered, please make sure someone is present to receive and inspect the sod upon arrival. Once the delivery is complete, the sale is considered final.

Because sod is a perishable product, all sales are final. We are unable to provide refunds, returns, or guarantees.

This policy is in place due to the many variables that affect sod health after it leaves our care—such as soil conditions, installation practices, timing, and watering. These are factors outside of our control and can significantly impact the success of the grass.
